Ian Keizner, ACII, FBIBA: Managing Director

Ian has accrued 38 years' experience in the insurance industry, including senior positions at Eagle Star Insurance. For the last 26 years he has been Managing Director of Hibernian. He is a past President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Harrow & Wembley and was closely involved in the setting up of the Insurance Brokers' Registration Act 1977 which legislated for greater professionalism and regulation in the insurance industry. Ian specialises in Life, Pensions and Investments.

Ian is married, with three children and 2 grandchildren, and has a keen interest in all sports - particularly football, squash and golf.

Peter Tilsed, ACII: Director

Peter started working in the insurance industry at Eagle Star 30 years ago, spending the last 25 years at Hibernian. In 1990, Peter became the youngest ever President of the local Chartered Insurance Institute. Qualified in both insurance and financial services, Peter offers advice and support on both the general insurance and life and investment side of the business.

He will 'have a go at anything' in his spare time - including parachuting, potholing, gliding, abseiling and fire walking.

Andrew Morris, BA (Hons): Director

Andrew joined Hibernian 18 years ago after graduating with a degree in business studies. He has been a director for the past 6 years. A key member of the insurance team at Hibernian, he is a valuable source of knowledge and advice on commercial and personal insurance.

Another football fan who also plays squash, Andrew also lists music and cinema as other leisure pursuits.
